Stock is currently limited and most items will need to be ordered in for you. I use the fastest couier service from the US so that you get your items as quickly as possible. And then express post with signature on delivery from Australia to you.
I place my order with Sew Steady templates and Glide threads, the middle of most months, so keep that in mind if you want something that is not in stock. Template purchases that have to be ordered from the USA will be delivered to you in around 6 weeks from the middle of the previous month.
Thread purchases will be delivered to you by the end of the month for all items ordered by the cut off date in the middle of the month, usually the 15th but can be a little later. This supplier has a very fast turnover and I can usually get your order out to you by the end of the month for any orders that meet the 15th cut off date.
